Zoom on over for Jump Acrobat trampoline lessons, where fearless kids from age five and up can master jumps, twists and amazing aerial moves taught by certified coaches. Kids move through each grade of the course once they have perfected four to six trampoline routines per level, based on the Singapore Gymnastics Trampoline Programme. Gym With Me
Bounce over to Gym With Me with your acrobatic kids from age seven, and join one of two programmes (Junior Trampolining and Senior Trampolining), designed to teach cool skills on full-size trampolines, mini trampolines and tumbling skills on a Fast Track. Kids will be be taught the safe ways to mount and dismount the trampolines and jump safely. As confidence and skills progress so will the the intensity of the lessons, with advanced classes laying the foundations for routine prep and competitive opportunities.

Kids looking to bounce off some excess energy have three fun, rebound sports to choose from over at GymKraft. Pick from synchronised trampoline, tumbling, double mini-trampoline, all of which share the same fundamental skills that develop spatial awareness, physical fitness, agility, coordination, balance and posture, all whilst building self-confidence and determination too. Each class is grouped so that whether your child is a beginner, or an advanced aerial acrobat, all students will be given the opportunity to further their progression in trampoline gymnastics.

Take a giant leap with the kiddos over to Tanglin Trust School, where Trampoline Singapore – part of the Singapore Gymnastics group – runs programmes for both recreational and competitive trampoline enthusiasts. Trampoline Singapore is a non-profit membership organisation which was set up in 2013 by keen volunteers on a mission to promote trampolining as both a fun activity and high performance sport around the Little Red Dot.

What do you get when you cross gymnastic trampolining with parkour? Gymkour! Gymkour is a super-cool, unique training programme combining the art of the two sports all within a trampoline park. The course is designed specially by the lead instructors of ADD Academy Singapore and Katapult Trampoline Park, and the eight week schedule will first off teach the basics of trampolining, followed by the basics of parkour, before combining it all together for some crazy, high energy fun. Expect your kids to be back-flipping, somersaulting and literally able to bounce off walls by the end of the course!

New trampoline park on the block, BOUNCE, doesn’t run scheduled trampolining lessons yet for kids, but there are plenty of instructors on hand at each session to give out tips and mini-lessons to bouncers age three and above. And if mum or dad are looking for a great new way to keep fit, be sure to try out the BOUNCE Fit classes: a structured 45-minute exercise class that’s supercharged with the added benefit of jumping on a trampoline!
