Are your kids bouncing off the walls at home? Burn off all that energy with a trampolining lesson!
Do your kids jump for joy every time they get invited to a cool birthday party over at one of Singapore’s trampoline parks? Or maybe you are on the look-out for some fun indoor activities to keep the kids’ energy levels depleted when it’s too hot to head to the playground? Trampolining lessons could very well be the answer, and the great news is that this exciting sport is springing up all over town! We’ve found the best spots where kids of all ages can learn some aerial acrobatics.
Gym With Me
Bounce over to Gym With Me with your acrobatic kids from age seven, and join one of two programmes (Junior Trampolining and Senior Trampolining), designed to teach cool skills on full-size trampolines, mini trampolines and tumbling skills on a Fast Track. Kids will be taught the safe ways to mount and dismount the trampolines and jump safely. As confidence and skills progress, so will the intensity of the lessons, with advanced classes laying the foundations for routine prep and competitive opportunities.
Gym With Me runs programmes in gymnastics and trampolining all over Singapore. Check their website to find out more on the locations; [email protected]; www.gymwithme.com
GymKraft
Kids looking to bounce off some excess energy have three fun, rebound sports to choose from over at GymKraft. Pick from synchronised trampoline, tumbling and double mini-trampoline, all of which share the same fundamental skills that help develop spatial awareness, physical fitness, agility, coordination, balance and posture. Not only that, but all that bouncing helps build self-confidence and determination, too. Each class is grouped so that whether your child is a beginner, or an advanced aerial acrobat, all students will be given the opportunity to further their progression in trampoline gymnastics.
