Following the introduction of a locally inspired afternoon tea set – think delightful bites of Milo mousse cake and laksa prawn satay – specially curated for The Marmalade Pantry’s 25th anniversary, comes a revamped menu reflecting the homegrown bistro’s 25-year evolution.
Catering to the changing and wider palates of today, the new menu showcases The Marmalade Pantry’s well-known classics like the spicy crabmeat pasta and seared scallop and prawn pasta, alongside additions vibrant in colour, texture and taste, with hints of Asian influences throughout as an ode to this wonderous region.
Available from 1 August 2024 onwards for dine-in and takeaway, the refreshed a la carte menu features more than ten all-new dishes with a brighter flavour profile that still conjures a sense of familiarity and comfort. The line-up includes newly minted starters, mains, pastas and risotto, as well as desserts such as cupcakes and cakes in delectable flavours appealing to modern diners. The beverages also see an update, with healthier fruit juices, smoothies made lighter with Greek yoghurt, indulgent shakes, and NON – a non-alcoholic wine alternative that can be enjoyed any time of the day.
These creations teem in a kaleidoscope of colours and bold flavours using quality natural ingredients to culminate in a wholesome spread for all to enjoy, share and create conversations.
