This year of the rabbit, Grand Park City Hall and Tablescape pay tribute to the Lunar New Year festivities with menus perfect for merrymaking. Guests can look forward to delicious set menus and cocktails in the elegantly welcoming space of the Tablescape restaurant.
Dine-in LNY set menus
For the first time, the hotel and the restaurant collaborate to create an array of set menus rich in East Asian flavours and culinary symbols of prosperity and good fortune, available from 9 January to 5 February. Highlights include:
- The Prosperity Yu Sheng (found in the $108++ and $138++ menu) which are topped with Norwegian salmon and other fresh fish as well as avruga caviar and gold leaf.
- The Wok Fried Yee Fu Noodle (found in the $88++, $108++ and $138++ menu), a delicacy found during celebratory meals symbolising longevity – these are blanched in housemade chicken stock, then wok-fried.
LNY cocktails
Exclusive to the Lunar New Year season, Tablescape presents:
- Sweet and delightful Litchee Bloom ($18++) made with gin, yuzu, lychee and passionfruit.
- Playful and aromatic WealthTea Citron ($18++), concocted a variety of liqueurs like Grand Marnier, Triple Sec, Barrel Aged Whiskey as well as citron jam infused with chamomile flowers.
