Looking for a new school to enrol your child in? Consider Singapore American School for your kid – from young learners to high schoolers.
In a culture of excellence, extraordinary care, and possibilities, Singapore American School (SAS) students learn to think critically and develop the skills necessary to succeed throughout their lives.
Have a young toddler? SAS’ early learning centre offers a Reggio Emilia-inspired, half-day program for children ages three and four. And, its elementary school hosts kindergarten through Grade Five as students study their core subjects – English language arts, math, science, social studies and world language, in homerooms of 22. Students also participate in art, music, and PE, and have the choice of 85 different after school activities.
And, many of SAS’ middle school classrooms for kids in Grades Six through Eight have been converted into flexible learning communities, which allow teachers to personalise the learning experience for every student. High schoolers, on the other hand, are given ample opportunities to choose their classes based on their interests. Outside of classes, students are involved in student-led clubs, student government, athletics, robotics, and visual and performing arts.
