Heaps of high-tech, uber-cool digital fun, activities and new exhibits await the whole family at ArtScience Museum this September
It’s no secret that the members of the HoneyKids team are huge fans of the Future World: Where Art Meets Science exhibit at the ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands. After all, it’s an easy way to keep the kids happy and busy. And, with the September hols just around the corner, the folks at the ArtScience Museum have whipped up some exciting activities and new exhibits for the whole family to enjoy. Pretty cool stuff, we think!
Ready for some fun? Round up the fam bam and get ready for the full lowdown!
New exhibits at Future World? So much YAS!
Traffic controller mode: ON at Inverted Globe, Giant Connecting Block Town
Kids who love cars and trains will definitely go gaga over this interactive installation! Using giant blocks, kids will get to design their own transportation network to make the traffic in this make-believe cityscape flow smoothly. Cars, trains, planes and boats will be projected onto a large surface and it’s up to visitors to move things around and make it work. And, just like in real life, the challenge of keeping everything moving grows with the amount of traffic!
Under the sea with Sketch Aquarium
ArtScience Museum regulars will be pleased to find out this super-cool installation is back, better and bigger than ever! This time, get ready to feast your eyes on a giant 3D fish tank that’ll leave you humming “the seaweed is always greener…” all day long. Kids can colour in their favourite fishy friends, scan them into the system, then wave as they swim along the screen. Sweet!
