With step-by-step instructions by our Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef, you will learn the techniques behind the making of a light yet deliciously delicate crepe cake. In this hands-on workshop, participants learn to make crepe batter from scratch, twirl their own crepes and finally assemble and decorate the crepe cake. Bring home a Rose scented crepe cake to celebrate Mother’s Day!
This workshop is approximately 3 hours and is suitable for individuals aged 16 & above.
