The June summer holidays have officially started and the heat is literally on to find awesome activities to keep our kids busy. Our tip? Head over to Plaza Singapura and cool off in its fun-tastic water playground or take a chance and scale its obstacle course, Battle H2O, and stand a chance to win the perfect summer holiday in Bali. And that’s not all – for those of you who want to stay dry, there’s an in-line skating workshop too! Sounds like a splashing good time? We’ve got all the deets you need to know…
Water play made cray at Plaza Singapura’s Water Playground
Plaza Singapura’s always been our go-to for shopping along Orchard Road (hello, Spotlight and MUJI) and this time, it’s whipped up a water wonderland for kids and kids at heart! Get your adrenaline pumping as you make your way down the Slide And Splash, a six-metre tall (approximately two storeys) mega water slide, the tallest and very first of its kind along Orchard Road. And if that isn’t enough, put your game face on and try out Battle H20, an obstacle course where each contestant competes for the fastest time. And if you’re fast enough, you’ll stand a chance to win a two nights stay in a Deluxe Room at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort – woot!
Give in-line skating a go
Don’t fancy getting soaked? There’s more than one way to get the kids active, especially when they can learn a new sport! On 22 and 23 June, you can try out Perfect Skates, an in-line skating workshop for children aged four and above. To register for a slot, all you need to do is spend $45 in a single receipt – skates will be provided.
Want to score free entry to the Slide And Splash? All you need to do is flash this article and slide away!
*Limited quantities available, valid from now till 20 June
Beat the heat and shop away at Plaza Singapura
It’s scorching out there, and there’s no better way to beat the heat than some good old retail therapy. For awesome children’s books to read before bedtime, we love the selection at Times Bookstore. Of course, no trip to Plaza Singapura would be complete without a detour to Spotlight to stock up on bits and bobs for your arts and crafts kit or even MUJI for daily essentials.
See you and the fam at Plaza Singapura!
