Now that the kids are well and truly settled back in school, we find ourselves getting back into our daily groove as well. That is until we get ‘that’ letter – you know, the one informing us that our child’s school is due for a move. There really is nothing more irritating than your choice of school moving out of your ‘hood as soon as you sign the contract. Well, it no longer has to be the case, now that we plan on staying one step ahead of the game (the international school changer game, that is!). Here’s all the info you need on the schools on the move in Singapore and where and when it’s happening during 2018 and 2019. One World International School (OWIS)
Providing cost-effective pricing to international school students, One World International School has just thrown open the doors to its brand new campus. Now named OWIS Nanyang (top image), the school promises you and your kids all the outstanding global education guarantees, without the huge price tag. With fees at $16,999 for early years and primary students, and $19,545 for secondary students, this is definitely a school on the move that won’t break the bank. Students can also expect a green emphasis in the school’s design. The list of facilities at GESS’ new campus is hugely impressive. It’s the end of an era for the East Campus at Chatsworth International School, but there are exciting times ahead with a new site being opened at Bukit Timah this August.
