Learn more about the brand new Perse School Singapore and how its world-class educational offering could be the perfect fit for your primary-aged kiddos at our upcoming family fun day.
Here at HoneyKids, there’s two things we love doing at the weekend: the first is exploring new places with our kids, and the other is learning new things. So double yay for our fabulous upcoming Family Fun Day event: HoneyKids Family Fun Day presents: Quest Fest with The Perse School Singapore. This awesome morning will be the perfect opportunity to enjoy a morning of exciting activities with a fun learning twist, coupled with the chance to explore and be among the first to set foot in a brand new primary school. That’s right – The Perse School Singapore is the new school in town, and we’re celebrating its arrival in style. Don’t forget to book your (free!) tickets pronto!
We’ve organised a fun-filled morning of learning activities that are a) awesome and b) educational. Even better, you might not have ever tried them before – how’s that for a cool quest? Try your hand at LEGO robotics, Chinese calligraphy, iPad coding and making your own slime or terrarium, before settling down for some adventure-themed interactive storytelling (complete with fancy dress, of course!) and a science magic show. It’s all about learning with a hi-tech, high-fun twist – and it’s going to be fab!
Of course, in between all the action you can also take part in a school tour to journey round the new grounds, suss out the awesome new facilities and ask the experts all your questions. Here’s some info about The Perse School to get you extra excited…
About The Perse School
The Perse School was founded in Cambridge, UK, more than 400 years ago by English academic and philanthropist Dr Stephen Perse. Now opening in Singapore in the Bukit Timah area, this brand-new primary school for children aged 6–11 will integrate cutting-edge technology in its teaching and offer affordable world-class education that focuses on the individual potential of each child. It closely follows the Cambridge International Primary Curriculum, enhanced with Singapore Maths and Mandarin as a second language. As for facilities, the school’s 480 pupils can expect a fully-equipped science lab, music room, multiple indoor activity areas and classrooms kitted out with state-of-the-art technology (including touchscreen TVs and the 1-to-1 iPad program), plus much more. Sound good? It’s open for admissions starting January 2020, but our fab event on Saturday, 30 November will give you the option to learn more!
