From 3 April 2022, the charming Modern European restaurant, Tablescape, launches its brand-new Sunday Brunch ($118++ per person) as an indulgent semi-buffet filled with fresh seafood, perfectly roasted meats and brunch classics given a fun twist.
Available every Sunday from 12 to 3pm, Tablescape’s Sunday Brunch menu is served family-style with starters on elegant serving platters before moving onto hearty individual courses.
Look forward to delights such as Seafood on Ice, featuring a gorgeous Boston lobster, juicy prawns and plump mussels perfectly poached in a housemade court bouillon. Savour Chef Pass-Arounds, which features a refreshing Pernod-Scented Melon Soup, the silky Celery Root Velouté enriched with an onsen egg, and a lovely Housemade Truffle Ebi Maki Roll. Relish the Main Courses where diners get to select one out of five items like the crispy and savoury roasted Pork Belly served with a creamy cauliflower puree, and a Sea Bass Meuniere featuring a roasted fillet of fresh and meaty sea bass with a flavourful homemade salsa verde.
For those who’d like to add a little grown-up fun to the morning, Tablescape offers a variety of cocktail selections for an easy $12++, as well as free-flow options of alcoholic beverages such as G.H. Mumm champagne and house spirits at $55++; and housepour red and white wines at $45++.
