Creating your very own ukulele or learn how to knit with your fingers!
How does a ukulele work? Why is the second string of the ukulele the thickest? Why does the pitch of the ukulele change when we move our fingers? This workshop is designed to answer your kids’ burning questions through a hands on experience! Kids will assemble a ukulele from scratch, and even learn to string and tune it! This 2.5 hour long workshop is suitable for kids who want to spend a meaningful, fun and educational Saturday.
In this Finger Knitting workshop, kids will learn how to knit with their fingers, This 1.5 hour long workshop is suitable for kids to train their motor skills and also finger dexterity.
When:
10 March, 3 – 5:30pm DIY ukulele;
17th March, 1 – 2:30pm Finger Knitting, 3 – 5:30pm, DIY ukulele
Recommended for children six and up.
