Pineapples, coconuts, sunshine and a picnic on the sand – this beach party theme for a children’s bash is all about bright colours, tropical fruits and happy vibes!
We love a good party here at HoneyKids – if you’ve joined us before at a pool party, Halloween bash or Chinese New Year event, you’ll know we like to celebrate! One thing we love just as much as the actual event is getting inspired by fun, fabulous party style, and this bright and beautiful beach party theme, created by Australian party and event experts LENZO, is just the thing for celebrating on a sunny day here in Singapore. And we all know we’ve got plenty of ’em! Check it out and resist the urge to head straight for the nearest beach with the kids, coconut in hand!

Embrace the sun with a kids’ beach party! This shoot was inspired by the pure bliss you get when relaxing down by the sea. We wanted to encapsulate this feeling by going BRIGHT and FUN.
The mini beach box was custom made by Castle and Cubby, and the LENZO team brought this to life through our manic styling efforts! These are the perfect party addition, or childhood keepsake. The cubby was painted in a vibrant blue palette using Haymes Paints – a colour choice of Pitty Pat, L’Mar, Meandering Stream and Jamacian Sea for your reference!
The little models had a great time splashing about in their swimwear and accessories from Cotton On Kids, and trust us when we say it was hard to get them changed at the end of the day! We are loving the vibrant block colours and simple patterns.
Now when planning a kids’ party, it is always super important to have the food on point, as no one wants #HANGRY children running about! We wanted a healthier option, so Jay’s Yoghurt created some delectable FroYo that the little ones customised their self with various tasty toppings! Want more cool refreshing treats? Check out these recipes for summer party drinks including a watermelon cooler and raspberry coconut fizz, or serve up this punchy passionfruit and orange ice.
For furnishings, we couldn’t go past the vibrant printed and coloured pieces from interior royalty, Fenton and Fenton. Their inventory of cushions, beachware and inflatables added so much substance to this shoot (for similar bright and beautiful outdoor rugs and decor, see Affordable Style Files in Singapore, and get your beach accessories, balls and inflatables here from The Happy Beach). And for that extra pop of colour, Whirly provided the goods with their rainbow windmills – a retro trend that is seeing a comeback! If you can’t get enough of fun inflatables (hello, giant watermelons and pineapples!) then The Punchlist Outdoors is your go-to in Singapore.
It was a nostalgic feeling waddling back to our cars with our shoes in hand and a whole heap of sand in our hair, knowing we’d had so much fun.
Happy endless summer!
