The museum is now no longer just a play for learning about history and civilisation – it’s where your kids can unravel secrets about the animal kingdom with Once Upon a Time in Asia. This exclusively curated exhibition features original interactive ensembles inspired by objects in the ACM collection, as well as specimens and replicas from Science Centre Singapore.
By engaging their five senses, your kids will learn all about animals of the Chinese zodiac – learn about animal poop, plan a meal treat for a beloved zodiac animal or listen out for animal tales by storytellers. It’ll be hard to find a dull moment with the various play zones and exciting interactive workshops and heaps of activities lined up.
Also, as part of Children’s Season 2015, ACM is launching its first children’s book: The Missing Mouse – a fantastical tale about Ganesha the elephant God and Mr Mouse, his bestfriend. Want to join in on the hunt for the mouse?
