This Father’s Day, The Gyu Bar invites you and your dad to commemorate his special day with the flavoursome Hibiki Whisky-Marinated Wagyu Yakiniku ($75). Available only from 18 to 27 June 2021, decide to dine-in or have the meal takeaway (24-hour notice required).
The Father’s Day special features a gourmet expression of gratitude for dad, with 120g of Wa Oh wagyu kainomi, complemented with a fresh salad on the side. The quality wagyu is sliced and steeped in a generous pour of Hibiki Harmony whisky for 24 hours which infuses the tender cut with smooth and sweet notes of the whisky.
For takeaways, customers may opt to have the premium wagyu prepared yakiniku-style at The Gyu Bar, or add the finishing touch of grilling the raw meat in the comfort of home.
