Did somebody say family holiday? We’re all about the minibreak here – and thank goodness Singapore has so many long weekends up its sleeve to let us parents get away once in a while. With – or without – the kids (we won’t judge). If you’ve been dreaming of a quick, family-friendly escape in Asia, consider this permission to pack your bags: Jetstar is launching its PARENTS FLY FREE promotion tomorrow, with tickets starting at $70 all-inclusive of taxes and fees. Woohoo!
There are 21 destinations in the sale, but do you really need an excuse to go on that romantic escape in Perth… Or bring the kids to Siem Reap for an Angkor Wat adventure… Chill out in a big family villa in Bali… Head over to Hong Kong Disneyland… Or check out our new fave family holiday destination, Yangon?
We really should have kept this all to ourselves, but here are the need-to-knows:
- The sale is on from 6-10 April (unless tickets sell out, so unleash your inner kiasu tendencies!)
- For every booking of two passengers travelling together, a promotional fare is payable for the first passenger, with taxes and fees payable for the second passenger.
- The sale prices quoted by Jetstar are one-way only, but the same special price applies when you buy your return ticket.
- You get 7kg carry-on only – so pick up some extra baggage allowance or you’ll have to wear everything you buy on the flight back.
The fares are non-refundable, and for selected routes only, for a selected travel period.
The Jetstar Parents Fly Free sale kicks off at 9am on Thursday 6 April – start refreshing your screens!
