Antenatal Workshop

Facilitated by Inspire’s Birth and Postpartum Doula, this monthly antenatal classes provide a full hands-on experience for soon-to-be parents. Covering both prenatal and postnatal topics such as birth options, breathing exercises, birth preparation movements, postnatal care, breastfeeding, and babycare, you can opt to join individual antenatal modules, or attend all four as a course package.
