From 17 May, the epicurean story continues with the new Journey Menu ($248++ per diner) curated by both chef Andrea and chef Daniele. The new tasting menu conveys their innate love for Italy, its history, culture and food. The showcase delves deep into the evolution of their beloved cuisine while exploring flavours from different parts of Italy.
