The charming French bistro at The Fullerton Bay Hotel is pleased to welcome back the duo of Maître Cuisinier de France Freddy Schmidt and Nicolas Reynard for the well-received North x South four-hand collaboration, now into the third year.
Their creations this time around, such as Wild Forest Mushroom and Aged Parmesan Crème Brûlée (Freddy Schmidt) and “La Tomate” Stuffed with Frog Leg and Tarragon Sauce (Nicolas Reynard), call to mind the contrasts of ingredients, cuisine and culture between the North and South of France respectively in this fascinating dining occasion.
