Whether you are living in a flat, a condo or a house here in Singapore, chances are you are always looking for an opportunity to free-up some space. Good news, folks! Stork’s Nest Singapore – one of our all time favourite Facebook support groups – is hosting its annual sale at Australian International School (AIS) on 20 May 2017, and we hear it’s going to be bigger and better than ever! Now in its fifth year, this is not only THE place to grab a bargain amongst preloved offerings and family services, but you’re all invited to book a table and start a frenzied decluttering of your home for the chance to earn some cash from your gently used goodies: all while helping to raise money for StarPALS – an awesome charity raising funds to help children living with serious conditions.
Declutter for a good cause
Start emptying your cupboards, being ruthless with the kids’ toys, saying a (sad) goodbye to your outgrown baby equipment and going on an organising blitz: then bag yourself a table at the fifth Stork’s Nest Annual Family Sale coming up on Saturday 20 May. Private tables are available for your preloved family-related goodies at just $60, while business tables (reserved for vendors selling family orientated items and services) cost $160. EVERY cent of table sales will go directly to StarPALS (Paediatric Advanced Life Support), and with $15,000 raised from table rental and donations at last year’s sale, we’re hoping this year will see even more money raised to help kids with life-limiting conditions. Be quick though, people: with 100 tables up for grabs, already half have been snapped up ahead of the sale!
