SPRMRKT presents Dining with a Conscience, to raise awareness and shed light on people with special needs, as well as raise funds for the TODAY Enable Fund.
Presenting the works of photographer and person with special needs, Isabelle Lim, ‘Living with Grace’, a photo essay on the resilience of her elderly grandmother, will be on display from 23 to 30 November at Here\Now, SPRMRKT Daily on Level 1.
Dining with a Conscience will open with two closed-door fund-raising dinners on 23 to 24 November at SPRMRKT Kitchen & Bar with a silent auction of four unique photographs held on both nights. The dinners will be open to the public on 23 to 25 and 28 to 30 November at $188 per person. The dinners will feature a whole new 6-course meal by SPRMRKT’s Chef-Owner Joseph Yeo, inspired by Isabelle and highlighting her favourite foods presented in unexpected, contemporary renditions.
