An Afternoon with Paula Beaton, moderated by Kevin Sim
Paula Beaton raised an unusual child. Her boy, Jamie, redefined what it means to be an academic high-achiever. He took ten ‘A’ level subjects in high school, graduated from Harvard with two degrees two years earlier than everyone else and, at the age of 20, became the youngest person in the world to be admitted to Stanford Business School.
Paula supported Jamie through every step of this incredible journey, inspiring him on to even greater achievements with what she describes as ‘teachable’ moments. These moments are what push Jamie to relentlessly improve. Her son, now aged 22, is Crimson Education’s founder and CEO – a business valued at $220 million.
Join us as Paula shares how she created a loving environment, which motivated Jamie to go beyond what was expected of him and become the outstanding young man he is today.
She will share her story and give insight into many areas she believes helped Jamie, such as:
- Motivating your child to set goals in every aspect of life
- Constantly preparing them for the challenges of top schools and employers around the world
- Focusing on their happiness and health, even as they achieve.
This event will give you practical advice that will boost your child’s potential and help them achieve their own greatness – all from a mother with first-hand experience.
