Latest flick plus an intimate talk with an expert
Call us crazy, but seeing Cameron Diaz star in a movie in which she makes a Sex Tape may not be the best move for any woman wanting to revive an ailing sex life. It’s a tough act to follow. But if you take your seat in the cinema a little bit before the movie starts, you may pick up a tip or two about sexy time that will put Ms Diaz in her place.
Unlikely matchmaker, Golden Village, is inviting couples along for a unique date night out on 6 August in their intimate Gemini cinema. Don’t worry, it’s not what you think – no car keys are to be swapped here. There will be some sauce though, in the form of certified sexologist, Dr Martha Lee, who will dish advice on upping the romance factor after marriage and kids.
Dr Lee, Founder of Eros Coaching will be answering all those questions that are so hard to ask about love that has lost its tarnish, like: Is it normal for intimacy to diminish? Are you supposed to be resigned to it? Can you get it back? Luckily, this is a cinema and the lights don’t shine too brightly. Just as well, because Dr Lee will also teach couples some simple exercises designed to build connections despite demands on time by work, children and everyday life.
So, with some marital rebonding done, you can kick back, watch the movie and confine Cameron to celluloid while you remain the real deal. If you’re keen to pick up a pair of tickets to the GV Intimate Date Night including the 30 minute talk by Dr Lee and a screening of ‘Sex Tape’, ahead of its 7 August opening, get booking. At the very least, it will be a laugh!
